I received service from this place yesterday 3/29. I dont like the fact that they are in a hurry and dont take their time. It looks like a 3 year old painted them. I asked for white but it wasnt this type of white I asked for. My nails look the are press ons. They made a mistake and put the wrong size on my right thumb and they tried to soak it to get it off , but it didnt fully come off so the lady just put another nail on top of that one. I didnt like that because at this point youre rushing on my hands. The other lady that was doing my friend nails had a bad attitude. She was also very rude. They have a clean building but the business is very unprofessional. My set was $60 , and I dont feel like it was worth my time and money.

If I could gave the Nail shop a zero would. I had my nails dipped on a Friday by Sunday Several of my nails severely hurt. One week later the nails were lifting. I went in and asked that they redo my nails at no charge. I assumed for free. On completion, I went to the desk and my bill was $65. I explained again to the young lady that my nail were less than one week old and were causing me pain and lifting. They refused to redo them at no cost that $65 cost them a repeat customer that has her nails and feet done every 2 1/2 weeks. I hope they enjoy it. It will be my last.

Went in randomly on a Saturday..was going good besides pedi technician cutting cuticles and having to jerk foot away from pain. She just said good yes and kept going. Fast forward to the next day and nail is red swollen and infected. Started hurting while walking around renaissance to point I sat and pulled shoe and sock off to look to make sure I wasnt bleeding.

Absolutely the worse set of dip nails I ever had. They are thick and uneven. I told the tech at least 5 times I do not want them thick. He filed into my skin several times. Very bad service for the price. I went using a gift card. Do not buy gift cards from here.
