        Have been to the Richland location 2 years in a row last year a man name Bill filed my taxes. And as of today I found something out that does not sit well with me at all. It is several things that was not discussed or asked during the tax filing under Bill. I was sitting behind his computer screen never was aware of some questions that should have been told to me and asked so therefore I could have provided the proper answer(s). Yet he didn't go over them or ask he input what he wanted or felt and moved on. That was not fair nor right and i seen this as of 03/06/2024 when I went in today to file my taxes at another location and never do I want Bill filing anything else for me. And there is no telling how many other people he is or has done this to.
