      image Terrible!! Do not go here unless you want idiots to try & do your taxes! We have had an unresolved issue since 2020!!!! Mr. Shain said It was taken care of but obviously he did not! He claims they lost our check in the mail since then we have accumulated charges, fees, interest! I have proof of our check being cashed 2 weeks after sending, yet received a letter from the IRS in November that it wasnt !! When I contacted Mr. Shain he assured us this was resolved & taken care but here we are 3 years later still with an open unresolved case!!!! Nothing but a big headache!! AVOID this company at all cost!!
