        This place is an absolute joke. Be prepared to pay your entire bill upfront even if you have insurance because they run it after then "cut you a check" if insurance ends up paying. They did not inform me of this when scheduling they blind sided us after the appt was over. Also check the refund check before you leave they tried to short me $20 bucks and I went back in and made them redo the check.

        Polk Dental is the best choice! They are so nice and polite. Even when I go to the back for my exam they make sure Im comfortable and relaxed. They ask me how Im doing. The place is beyond clean and neat. They are the best!! I will recommend them if you are looking for a dentist..!!!
