        First off if I could give zero stars I wouldve. I took my work truck in to be serviced for an oil change and brakes. I was told before leaving that my truck would be ready that day. After no call from the store I called at 2pm and the lady that answered the phone stated that the truck was still being repaired. I also asked her if the truck would be completed today and she said yes. After 4 more hours, I called again, seeing how the store closed in 1 hour and that is when she said they had to order parts and it would be another day before I could get my WORK truck. I understand that parts do sometimes have to be order but the disregard for my time and missed worked was not professional. If someone had the decency to call and inform me on the issue of not having the parts or not lie and say my truck would be ready today I would not have a problem and then to not even receive an apology was more unprofessional.
