BMC has a very strong reputation and deservedly so. Bruce was responsive, professional, and followed up at every step - good communication! He has done a few commercial projects for me. They are very detailed oriented and maintain clean sites.

If youre a subcontractor and get a job with him, bond it yourself if you like getting paid for your work. Dont trust him to bond it. He will get paid, but wont pay you. The cost to bond it yourself upfront is a whole lot cheaper and less time consuming than having to resort to legal fees, lawyer meetings because youve been owed six figures for going on two years.
