Beth Allen was the best landlord I had out of the four apartments I lived in during my time at FSU. The Indian Village unit was one of the nicest ones in the neighborhood and you could tell Beth cared about maintaining it at a high standard! She has great maintenance workers and was on top of answering our questions and concerns. I would have resigned if I had another year of school!

Beth has been instrumental in purchase, and property management for us. We have completed long distance transactions without a glitch! We have had her one on one attention every time! Her knowledge of the area, wide sweeping network of colleagues, contractors, and service companies, is amazing. This is a person that considers all factors in a situation, and does the right thing for everyone. I would recommend Without hesitation!!!

I have had many business dealings that are good and a few that are great. Beth Allen is GREAT. Beth was instrumental in helping us purchase a condo in Tallahassee. She also continued to work with us after our purchase, over the years when issues or questions arose. We had such a wonderful experience when we bought our home, we contracted her three years later when it was time to sell. She sold our condo from list to close within six weeks in an extremely challenging market. She is professional, extremely proactive and clearly experienced dealing with banks and title companies. Beth saved us an extraordinary amount of ground work that would normally be the sellers responsibility. By far, the best realtor experience we have had!

We first met Rob and Beth Allen in 1990 while our daughter was a Freshman at FSU. They presented us with the opportunity to purchase a unit for her to live in the remainder of her time at FSU that was large enough to rent space to other students that would cover the mortgage and utilities. We purchased two adjacent units and still own them. It turned out that our daughter wanted to live with friends she met her Freshman year. She only lived in one of the units one of the four years she was at FSU. Not only were Rob and Beth our realtor, they put us in touch with a mortgage company, and became out property manager. From August 1990 until now, they have been absolutely fantastic! Always keeps us posted on what’s going on. Have the units rented to new students before the lease is up for the current ones. Takes care of all issues with maintenance. Even renovations to keep the property competitive with other units for rent in the area. No one could ask for more attentive to detail or pleasant to work with property managers.
