The worst U-haul store, the employees are all the time in their phones, they ignore you, they don't want to do their job or assist you, and they are very rude I had a terrible experience when I rented and returned the trailer.

The cliche, If I could give zero stars, I would definitely rings true with this review. The reservation was made more than 3 months ago, we got to the location and waited for 2 hours for what we thought was the arrival of a vehicle that should have been checked in by noon. I understand that they cant necessarily control if trucks are returned on time, but let us know the situation. The truck was never going to be returned and we were not being assisted with maybe finding a replacement at another location. CLARENCE was supposed to be helping us come to some resolution, then he gathered his keys and started to leave the building altogether saying that his shift was over. Sooooo no passing on of info to the next rep? Nothingthen the guy who was left at the counter wasnt even speaking to us in full sentences. So here we are 2.5 hours later having a stare off with somebody who was clearly not all there. We were finally told by somebody from a different location that wed be able to pick up from them, 20 miles away. We get to that location and they do have the truck, and we let them know what we had just experienced at the previous location, and they tell us that they always hear the worst from that location. Same thing when we had to go to yet another location to pick up the trailer-UHAUL, are you really reading these reviews? Cuz if you are, shut these ppl down, and get staff that are concerned with providing positive customer service experiences. Trucks wont always be available-understandable, but can the face of the company pretend to care?? Never again will I rent with uhaul. The corporate office knows and gives zero shakes about it.

This place is horrible go to any other location in the world beside this one. Takes over a hour and the employees don't care at all. Please do your self a favor and not come here. I have waited over a hour and 30 minutes to get my rental that I CHECKED IN ON LINE FOR with only 3 people in front of me. Like how is it possible to move this slow.
