Some nurses are amazing some dont think you know all your childs needs/or all their disabilities , some respiratory therapist are truly helpful and some just like to have attitudes with you, and some doctors really care to make sure you and your child get the best care and fix any issues, some just bypass like its another day. Spending most of our time in the Batson Tower it would be truly amazing if maybe the hospital looked into get some actually nice comfortable rocking chairs so us moms can rock our baby while they dont feel well.

Please work on improving your reminding system. This is an easy fix with just changing the code a little bit. If the patient confirmed the appointment, remove that from the list for the confirmation. Send only reminder emails/calls if necessary. Already confirmed the appointment twice via email and once via phone, still receiving emails for confirmation. It is annoying after this point and this is a terrible management.

Best staff was there almost a week with my child and Dr's nurses and techs on 3c was so sweet helpful friendly and caring thanks to all of them for the love they showed my child and family
