    The office staff is wonderful. The only bad thing is every time , it rains they the closets gets wet. Hopefully, they will get this fixed. The security gates don't work no more. , hopefully they will fix everything up . We are in a good area. I prayed to the Lord that they will fix everything .

    Sal has great property on her hands and does an amazing job of running it. She is quick to respond to any issue and does it professionally. I love that the property is located on a short walk from the high school. I would recommend giving Forest Ridge a tour if you are looking. You won't be disappointed!

    Hi, my name is Willie and my last name is going to be THAMES well Im a residence at Forest Ridge Apartments and theyre located at 425 Beasley Rd. in Jackson Mississippi with the ZIP Code of 39206. well, Ive been here for approximately a month and a half or probably I should say a month total and there are a few things that Im unpleased about this with this particular apartment complex at hand well remind you that the rent is $840 a month for a two bedroom one full bath Proximately looks as F is less than 800 square footage of an apartment is particular customer service desk given throughout a daily basis is totally whack. Well, I dont necessarily like to give reviews in a bad manner, but Im going to give one in reference to this particular situation because This is a horrible situation and hand so when you first walk in the door, theres a outside light that is busted that keeps the light shining and your area of door so you can see getting into your apartment complex not fixed the door, front door that you utilize to enter into the apartment is very loose as if it was kicked down before for some reason the weatherstripping is torn from around it, and it allows air from the outside to drift into the apartment OK walking inside the apartment you see the living room area everything is supposed to be up-to-date but let me tell you all they did was through together paint towel and corporate well looking at the back door. It seems like its together the patio. It seems like its together on the left-hand side of the living room. The thermostat is a $23 plus tax thermostat that comes from probably Home Depot Lowes that I for sure dont know how to operate that is sitting on the wall at the end of the day Looking so pretty with a beautiful outlook but a shabby inside it doesnt work so guess what the heat dont work in the house the breaker box trips, and clicks all through the night tripping breakers that is a fire hazard due to an electrical wiring malfunction so I want to include that this apartment only hes the particular living room and thats it. Theres no fire extinguisher to assure my safety from the fire department meaning that this particular apartment accordingly to the roofing in the living room have had some type of burn Going on with it because you can see the abrasions on the paint well with no fire extinguisher, the fire department of Jackson, Mississippi must have not let inspected it for to be livable again taking a lift into the kitchen, follows and sees a drawer is hanging loosely and is supposed to be a drawer thats possibly a draw there just for decoration. The dishwasher is very loose. You can rock it weave it. It didnt work at all is brand new, not sealed to the ground flooring or caulk around the edges to assure the quality of staying put , the particular stove on top of it are flickering out at the same time not standing put your safety of kids, hazards, or any other type of discrepancies that could take place a hand. The only thing that is possibly new in there and good standing is the refrigerator. The cabinets looks as if on the inside is a lot of a lot of things in crumbs up there, as if it was probably roach infested, or something of that nature of crimes from all the fire or whatever, and they just brush them out and things of that nature, so those are some things that remind yall, I am blind and cant see so going into the particular hallway that you call the hallway, but I said a foyer You bust into the bathroom. The bathroom is so outdated. The only thing is possibly clear of newness is the showerhead Bluetooth that was incorporated, along with the rugs and shower liner, and shower rod that was provided by my mom and the rest of the decor that was provided by my boyfriend at the end of the day from Walmart supercenter that makes it look , possibly welcoming the faucet in the tub does nothing but drip, drip, drip, drip drip Im not talking about a little drip

    Well, let me tell you it is people , now at the end of the day, Im gonna have to take a look at the lease because with that being said, I got so many different stories first, there was no application fee end up paying that application fee. I havent gotten a reimburse me for that well I supposed to pay a lease protection fee of $150 and an Atmos fee of $150 so OK let me tell you and prorated rent so everything is up to 458 bucks. OK remind you Im under a particular housing program that pays my for rent because Im needing help and disabled to the fact of I have impaired vision. I have cornea scar tissues, and I need the implants to correct the situation in hand well understand this , with that being said, someone have to read the things of that nation go off into my business in order to see what is being sent to me and things of that nature I also have a $15 building fee and $40 water bill or water bill supposed to pay for two same time its so confusing but there was a discrepancy so my caseworker decided not to look at the lease and write the rent for January so writing the rent for January case might be its gonna take them a minute to fund these people so at the end of the day the 458 I wasnt supposed to pay anyway so I receive a good old eviction letter before I received an eviction letter I received a phone call from the property manager stating quote on quote that I am I am behind 1400 and some odd dollars and I say well maam I have to tell you this is a shame that you only push the paperwork far as putting my name on the documentation as he needed to print them out for me the lease and so guess what she goes on and say what about them checks does Mr. Willie they look these and they look at what limited its a little too late to ask me about some check stub because the lease have been signed sealed and give it to me were gonna have to take this probably to Cordia if you dont come up with a better solution for this or this and if this seems like this is fraudulent well maam, if Im so fraudulent understand this, I wouldnt come along way that I have come thus far on another note was fraudulent is these damn apartments and the services that is given at the same time was fraudulent is the miscommunication in the charisma skills that are authenticated at the same time was fraudulent is that the maintenance man had to be called three times and still not fix the heat over here and does not say nothing or answer questions, but look at you crazy when you asking him something at the same time you dont say and leave and not explain or tell whats going on with the situation, but allow us to continue to freeze with no answers to question things that we was questioning and giving to him to verbally give back to us in a responsive, diligent manner of precise accuracy of what can be done and what have to be done service is wag. Let me tell you this here Im not stopping here as a complaint Im going father the only thing that I can say, is that the assistant manager has done a diligent job, and it makes me to the point of a prof manner to say that Im absolutely smitten for the fact of lifestyle conduct and character and mannerism to an extent given he comes, and do the job to a proof, a perfective manner of collecting what information and making a list for the maintenance man to do I cannot hold him accountable for that that the apartment is like this and that can only hold the maintenance person in so I just want to give all gratitude to Mr. Dario for his job. Well done but these other two people these party pack people that are a board part of the team they need to go back through the workmanship of the plan of salvation for Christ Jesus, himself alone, and not only that orientation for customer service character conduct in mannerism of how to conduct business and to smile at all times, and be marvel to clients customers and valuable leasers and thats my friend bottom line all I have to say and I hope yall understand that it is already hard for me to adjust and maneuver around this
