The website is filled with false information and the rental office people are rude and disrespectful. Unprofessional, lacking all coothe and graciousness.

Carrington Townhomes has many attractive features that make this a great place to live. This gated community offers excellent amenities, such as a swimming pool and a clubhouse. The apartments themselves have larger walk-in closets, which is a big plus. Furthermore, the manager, Sal, is very welcoming and accommodating, making the experience of living here even better.

Other than their newly remodeled apartments, the thing that really impressed me about Carrington Townhomes is how well managed they are. I've had bad experiences at other places where the apartment manager was either overwhelmed or just lazy. But Sal in their leasing office is a professional who cares about her job and it shows!

I love living here. The apartments are very nice. Management and maintenance are great. Very quiet neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone.

Carrington townhomes have a rat infestation they are slum lords my neighbor and I fought with a rat for days with no help from Maintenance we called the office multiple times and nothing was done they also have big water bugs that come out whenever you run water these people dont care about nobody they left a big hole behind my stove just threw the apartment together and thats how the rat got in , the lady in the office dont care and she is very rude you would think they would have some type of sympathy for me since they left the big hole in my wall but she (SAL) is her name dont not care about the tenants and neither do the regional manager she wont even pick up the phone. Sal moved into a newly renovated unit after the tenant complained for months about mold rats and leaks in that same unit. its sad if you can move anywhere DO NOT MOVE HERE ITS A WASTE Im a tenant that paid rent on time each month and mind my business and this was the thanks I got in return for a mistake they made not 1 time did they send an exterminator she called me after finding the rats and asked me when am I moving out she had an attitude with me cause they have rats this entire complex need to be shut down
