They refused to come out and fix anything in anyone apartment just collecting rent.

I wish I could give them 0 stars, maintenance is nonexistent, property manager never answers the phones, cause she's managing several apartments,. So Estes investment group has these apartments amd not fixing any of them. I have tried to call them also and no answer. It shows their character and their urgency to do anything. My mom ceiling has feel down 3 times from patch work, when washer, or dishwasher is going the water comes up through the tub.

I wouldnt recommend these apartments because the management is terrible the maintenance men dont do their jobs and the landlord dont really care for the tenants at all just in it for the money because if you complain bout something in the apartment not working they take their time fixing it honestly its not worth it

These apartments and maintenance are frauds all the land lord want is tenets money . They are not willing to fix anything my apartment was 89 degrees on the inside because they refuse to fix the ac units . The land lord never answer the phone no matter how many times we call to file a maintenance complaint. The have very nosey neighbors that will just walk in to your home to record your place without you knowing . They dont even provide a mail box key .. I have to get my mail from the post office because the maintenance men will leave your mail box open preventing you from receiving any mail . My apartment gets so hot my daughter temperature rises n cause her to have seizures and when I told ms Tate Lelia she responded yall dont have no where else to go why would I leave where I pay 850.00 rent thats not worth it in this apartment to find somewhere to go ? Other than a hotel n with that being said lets talk about the rent , she is charging me extra for new appliances, but I have an old stove that do not work in my home . Me and my family had to eat take out since October- February because they did not come to fix the stove . The fake wood floors are peeling and coming up because I like a good clean home space and choose to mop every night before bed the floors are made of paper vinyl . Everything about these apartments are ratchet and not worth it period Ive been complaining since Ive moved in here back in oct 15 , 2022 I leave voicemails daily to fix something because she refuses for us to let people fix the problems good luck staying here I want to break my lease
