I have been a resident of the Waverly since October and I absolutely love it. They are extremely kind and helpful in the leasing office and do whatever they can to help. I have no problems and feel that myself and family are always safe. Awesome place to call home!

I have been a resident of the Waverly Apartment Complex for the past 5 years. I love the size of my apartment, and have never had a complaint that was not dealt with timely by the maintenance department. Since Teresa, Shauna and their team have been on board many improvements to the property have taken place. These improvements have been play area for the children, dog park, valet trash service, exercise room, gazebo/bbcue area, and other features were added. We are now a gated community which has cut down on the noise and excessive traffic. The property is maintained sufficiently. I am quite pleased with the changes and the integrity that the Waverly community has experienced. Therefore, I feel this it is a wonderful place to live.
