The apartment managers are never in the office at the time that they give on the door. They have chanced payment methods and still get it wrong on the account. We have renters insurance but they keep charging us for it. Even when showing the proof of it. The dog park is a joke, because there is so much poo at the park. We are paying too much for nothing

I paid to move in 9/1/23 .. I couldnt move in until 9/13/23 because the apartment was trashy when the keys was given .. water damage holes in the wall and havent Bn painted and was promised a pro rated months the next month and never got it. A new manager came in Terri SOOOOOO RUDE AND NASTIEST ATTITUDE EVER!! She make yu email and covers the windows of the office so no one can come in. Only through an appointment .. she dnt answer emails and give yu the run around . These pot holes destroying people tires and they call Lazer towing to pull your vehicle in the middle of the night cause the tire flat! it wasnt even a warning given for the car tag stickers! Parking on the line partially or tires low !! They assumed my car didnt work and pulled it for nothing !!! 300$ I had to pay to get it back ! These apartments should be gated .. anybody thats given 5 stars lying. I was told I didnt need rental insurance cause they have it in the rent. Now we got a week to get some after 6 months.. the breezeway is always dark and unwanted guess are always walking through from the neighborhood lurking into ppl things! The only people that cares is maintenance! I can say they have the best maintenance men !
