The Hamilton at Turman Farms

I am sure why there are negative reviews on here recently. I just moved out only due to being able to rent a wonderful house, but I had nothing but a great experience there and will mone back in a heartbeat if I need an apartment again! The ladies in the office are terrific! Maintenance responds in a very timely manner and they keep their grounds looking nice. I had issues with my dishwasher and dryer while there and they ended up replacing them with new ones. They really care about their tenants and are truly the best around in my experience! I wouldn't hesitate to come back!

They dont know how to deal with people or complains. The ladies at the office are really rude and out of touch.

Nice place. I stay there one year it very pricey need new management team very rude and disrespectful. Never gave me a reason why I could not resign my lease Receive rude email for management team . Victoria , Loria Davis I have yet to move out an cant use portal to send email or maintenance request to request to have a walk-through. My vacate day is 01/04/2024 just waiting to hear back from someone to close contract

This 1 star is for the treatment my family and I have received due to our 1 year old crawling and walking. We have lived upstairs with no complaints until our son started crawling n walking recently. Lori davis is a terrible person 1st and property manager 2nd. She is unprofessional and does not know how to handle and investigate actual noise. Our downstairs neighbor recently moved in and started complaining about "noise" I spoke with the lady and let her know our 1 year old just started walking and is still trying to find his footing. Well they started banging on thier ceiling(our kitchen floor) and made our baby cry. My husband went down to talk (seeing that this isn't their first time banging on their ceiling (our kitchen floor). We had a meeting with Lori davis n courtesy officer about the matter Lori became upset when my husband was asking questions n didn't leave like she wanted us too. Lori is good at ignoring her tenants by always claiming she's in a meeting or that she can't talk at the moment. Anyway she lied n Said she felt threatened banned my husband from the office. When I went up there for more questions she became irate,refused to continue our convo n slammed her office door. ...this place is not for families with children. PERIODT!! Cause now we are being evicted for noise (walking,crawling,playing)when we are telling them it is a 1 year old son. They didn't investigate so how can we stop living N I don't need the owner responding to this. Yall want to remain desotos best so bad and will try to keep this fake image as long as u can. If Lori wldve handled this better than this wldn b a review. HIRE BETTER PPL WHO KNOWS HOW TO HANDLE SITUATIONS OR BETTER YET BUILD BETTER. CAUSE IF THEY CAN HEAR OUR EVERY MOVE HOW ARE WE TO LIVE and I'm not about to lock our 1 year old up in a cage to appease the downstairs neighbor . Honestly other than that great place
