        I was running behind on my payments so Ms Teresa closed my loan and and redid it...I was told my payment wasn't due until the first of the year. December comes and this location has a new manager and now my payment is apparently due this month. My credit just took a hit for the managers mistake and I can't make an early payment because it's Christmas time and my car is in the shop and I didn't plan for it since I was told otherwise. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend.
