I see its time for an update. My last update was approximately 2yrs ago and the ONLY reason I chose to stay withthem was due to the great customer service of Ms Loretta. HOWEVER, unfortunately, this New Year has brought a terrible change in management and needless to say I am no longer dealing w/the pleasantries of the previous many many many years that kept my business! But as soon as this current loan is brought current(or I dnt follow up my next plan) I am MORE than pleased to say this unpleasant, rude, unprofessional,who might I say also wish to try and get loud and side ways talking by the mouth,I might add, new mananement team will have one less person to deal with. I received more unnecessary letters from them in one month, than Ive received from ANY major corporate office in my entire life being on this green earth. AND this is AFTER having a conversation w/the new office manager over the phone which obviously fell on deaf ears! Couldve used that time, filling a sifter w/water! And any and ALL good praises I sent up, out, around, side ways, in a circle, and even perpindicularly, went out SOLELY to this establishment when Ms Loretta was management, now that she has left and these new people are there its gone to hell in a hand basket in a few months and I politely, happily withdraw any and praises!

Staff is very rude and hard to work with. When you start to pay them off they get mad and blame stuff on a manager that you can't talk too. Also, they DO NOT report to the credit bureau so faithful payment does nothing for your credit score.
