        We special ordered several pieces of FlexSteel furniture and when we arrived to pick-it-up, it was very visibly damaged. Since we did not special order damaged furniture, we were hesitant to take it even though we really wanted it. Mr. Strickland was extremely unprofessional and tried to "patch-it" while we were there. He then told us he did not want to re-order it or do anything to resolve the issue. He told my wife and I that he was "afraid of us." Our sales representative was "Heather," and she did a superb job until delivery day. She hid from us as we were speaking with Mr. Strickland. Since this was a FlexSteel dealer, we assumed they were a first-class, top-quality store. But we learned that was not the case. We will never return to Strickland Furniture.
