I had the best experience with the Hattiesburg location. Gina helped me pick out several great items and coordinate pick up. On the pick up day, there was a small mix up (no ones fault in particular, just an accident that could happen to anyone). Chris at the Monticello warehouse drove all the way to New Orleans to make my move in seamless, and it didnt affect the move at all. Julie at the store even let me pick out a candle for my troubles :). Great customer service to fix a small mix up. Would def use again.

I would not walk back into this establishment after my experience today at the Hattiesburg, Ms location on 98 West. When entering the store, the associates looked at me and didnt greet me. They made me feel as if I did not belong, when I had money to spend, but they allowed money to walk out of the door. When looking around, I noticed two associates whispering and talking, and walked passed me without saying a word .
Finally, when I walked closer to the counter, one of the associates finally greeted me after 5 minutes. However, I felt that she felt obligated to speak. I would never want to spend money where I am not welcomed. The store had a plethora of nice items and furniture, but I decided to take my money to an establishment that made me feel welcomed and satisfied.
