      image Hardy St CUSTOMER SERVICE is unprofessional and unfriendly. Called in to speak with a supervisor about my account. The representative Caroline has no phone etiquette. Greeting and service with a smile has to be the least important aspect of her job title. When asked to speak with the supervisor. I was transferred to a hold.then the young lady answered the phone again just to be rude. Ms. Melissa opted not to answer my question because she was in a (so called meeting). I find it strange that my number was not taken down by the rep for a callback!!! My last penny will be removed from this horrible business. I will NEVER RETURN or ADVISE anyone to use the location on HARDY ST! Zero star service!!!
