        As a new parent, I never get to treat myself. All I wanted for my birthday was a decent haircut... I can't tell you how much I'd been looking forward to my appointment with Melissa. Well, I guess life happens and she called to cancel on me the day before. So, I book another appointment on the website. Wait over a month. Now they just canceled on me again. I give up with this place. Hire a new stylist, or quit booking appointments that can't be kept. I'm incredibly disappointed.

        Was amazing until I tried a tester of body mist and the top fell off. As I proceed to pick it up and put it back on a woman who worked there was behind me asked everything alright I said yes maam. She then came picked it up with her two top fingers trying not to touch the same bottle I just held and rudely stated Ill go get another and I said all that happen was the top fell off. (Pertaining to the nozzle part) as checking out with almost a hundred dollars worth of things her coworker Cailey (who was amazing since the minute I walked in) called her Shanna. Shannabecause Im a mess from a long day at work making more money in one shift than you all weekdo Not for once think Im disgusting. A person who treats others the way you do is what is disgusting. I hope you have a pleasant week because you treat others the way you want to be treated. It comes back around my love.
