The black girl in the green cardigan (about 57)( april 8) around 4:30pm was so rude , i told her excuse you( thinking she was a customer) and she just looked annoyed and moved , then i was thinking about buying a blush and she was just staring , after that i decided to put the stuff i had grabbed back and checked the perfumes , me and my friends decide to leave and she decides to profile me / discriminate me and take a picture of my car n plate number. It was just a very unpleasant experience. I also am a ulta member.

I recently visited the cosmetic brow bar in Flowood. Taren gave me a wax and a tint. Not only was she very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, I absolutely loved my results!!!! She also answered questions about my lashes and recommended the Benefits lash product to help them grow and thicken. I will definitely be going back! Great experience!

Horrible customer service. Stood there at the counter while the girl was on her phone and she didn't even acknowledge me. When I asked was she open, she walked away...

They only had one person at the register for checkout that also had to assist me and another person at Order Pickup. In addition to this, I couldnt purchase the additional products I wanted because I didnt have my wallet on me, which has never been an issue before as I usually can enter my social or other identification in order to use my ulta credit card via my phone number. Sad that I wasted time picking out things in the store only not even be able to get them after already having evidence in my hand that I am who I say I am with my pickup order in my hand at the check out. I have been to this store multiple times, and this has never been an issue before now.
