Mr. James, Let's start by saying first you came in for an estimate and said you were paying for it. Then the day you were scheduled to drop off your vehicle, you showed up with a insurance claim for the repairs. We had no idea you filed a claim and wanted to go that route. Which in turn we spent 2 days going back and fourth for with the insurance company trying to get it done thru them with removing and installing the necessary parts as well as the windshield. This required us doing a supplement, sending in pics, and talking to the adjuster numerous times..... We were not compensated for 2 days on unsuccessful attempts to have the work completed thru your insurance. Just to have your claim rejected because it was for paint repairs. So you chose to do the original estimate that we typed for you as a retail estimate. So items were not removed to paint so some items could have small amounts of overspray on them. As far as the paper stuck to your dash, that is because your dash is melted from the heat. Our work orders go on the dash so the employees can see the repairs that are needed. So yes the paper stuck to your melted dash. We cleaned this up for you. You came in screaming that we should not have stuck the paper on there. You never once said to us not to touch your dash because it was sticky and melted. Also my detailer missed some of the sanding dust on your doors and floor mats. I apologize, it should have been cleaned when he pulled it out. As far as your windows having condensation on them. There is nothing I can do about your glass fogging up on the inside from condensation. We could have wiped them that mornings and they would have condensation on them right after that.
