Our family was in town for a memorial service for our loved one and we were pleased with this hotel. The property was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast/coffee was decent. The hotel is near the highway and it sits in the same parking lot as Walmart and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

I will make this my go to hotel for my half way home stay. Very clean, exceptional staff. They take pride in their work. Nice beds and pillows. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection. Better than most hotels. I will definitely stop here when needed. Keep up the good work guys. Food & drinks: Near restaurants, Walmart and interstate.

This hotel deserves the two star ratings. Sadly, the management neglects upkeep with improvements necessary. From broken towel hangers to nonfunctional bathroom vents; I was confident there management was poor! No hand soap was in the room. When asked for at the front desk, the gentleman kindly told us there were none. He offered a bottle of the body soap (which is already located inside the shower). I knew management must not have had soap stocked up! It was also unfortunate to go to breakfast and see their coffee cups were the cheap styrofoam cups that were so small, the coffee sleeve beside it devoured it. My lips could touch the sleeve! The tea offered were Bigelow and Great Value. As a diamond member and a past franchise owner, I am certain The Hilton Brand does not allow this location to go the cheap route! Some may say, location matters. But I will tell you this, as long as you are a franchise, you must adhere to franchise rules! On another note, every employee there was an absolute delight! The people were wonderful and they made the trip pleasant. Management: I hope you take this constructive criticism and do better. Competition is only up the street. Please uphold The Hilton brand and do better!
