The staff at this office are rude and pregitos. Melissa, the office manager, is very rude and unconcerned. The phone staff are the same. I went to my appointment here with Dr. Hines waited 2 hours still didn't see the doctor. You leave messages for someone to call you back. It never happens. This office is not welcoming with open hands. When you try to reach out to someone higher in demand they will not give you the info needed. Therefore, the board will be contacted.

Dr. Hines performed the cancer surgery on my head and neck. I have been free of cancer for almost five years. I am grateful for the care
I received from Dr. Hines and the staff at the Mayo Hospital in Phoenix.

I love the customer service representative. She was very professional and nice! Dr. Hines is so understanding and considerate of my eyes as they are aging. She was great in explaining the eye care I was receiving today! Great atmosphere overall!

Dr. Hines is the best doctor that Ive seen. He provides his patients with a variety of options to choose from for their conditions. He performed my sinus surgery and accommodated me however he could pre-op and post-op. He genuinely cares about his patients and has improved my life quality greatly in the last year. If you need to see an ENT in the central Mississippi area, he should be your first choice.

Most people, including myself, dread going to any doctor. Unfortunately we all have to at times. When you do its always nice to find a physician like Dr Hines. I saw him this past week and was beyond impressed with how he took time with me, thoroughly explained everything and truly cared about my issues. So many times you go to the doctor and feel rushed and often leave with more questions than answers. With Dr Hines we formulated a plan and he explained everything in detail and answered all questions to a level that I could understand. This was truly one of the best experiences Ive had with a physician. I recommend Dr Hines and MENTA 100%
