Dr Osborne performed sinus surgery on me this year. I feel he is probably the best surgeon around due to not having any bruising post surgery or problems what so ever.

Until recently, I've always had pretty good service at MS ENT. Dr. Osborne is a great doctor, and he did sinus surgery on me a few years ago. Recently, I had a severe ear ache, which had persisted for the entire weekend. I went directly to the office on Monday morning at 8:00a.m. The receptionist told me that my doctor was out of town and the other doctor was full. They refused to see me or to work me in. Even a later phone call with the doctor's nurse landed me no where - except the MEA clinic. I find it appalling that when you have been established as a patient with a group of doctors like this that NO ONE is available to see if you, even when they can visibly see how much pain you are in. It makes me very sad!
