I love this place! Been banking here for a long time. The folks in the bank go out of their way to make you feel special.its like belonging to a family.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered and will be switching banks

If I only I could give zero stars. The flowood branch has very POOR customer service. Bank tellers were unfriendly, & didnt even try to help solve my issue.

I have used this bank for years now. It has always been a good bank. Never have had any issues. The fraud department has always been on top of their game.
