I love my new apartment!!! It was clean when I moved in and smelled fresh. The colors are updated and the places feels comfy like a condo and not like an apartment. I looked at at least a 1/2 dozen different properties and The Landing gave me the "hug" I look for when searching for a place to live. The best part is the staff. Makayla went out of her way to help me move in quickly with my short time-line. She was very welcoming and friendly and was one of thr biggest selling points for The Landing. I am looking forward to settling in and taking advantage of all thr property has to offer. Additionally, the place is incredibly quiet, I do not hear any of my neighbors which was unexpected with apartment living. I highly recommend The Landing at D'Iberville.

My wife and I toured a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath apartment today and our experience was simply amazing! I called before we decided to go up there and spoke to Makayla! She was amazing! She answered all of my question throughly and made sure she explained all of the amenities this complex has to offer. She fit us into her very busy schedule at the last minute and treated us like we were family! We were greeted by another leading agent and she knew our names and everything! She then introduced us to Makayla! Next was our tour and it was absolutely stunning and she did a fantastic job hosting us while we were there! This will definitely be our new home when our current lease is up! Keep up the amazing work! If you are looking for a new apartment this is the place to be for sure!
