I gave it one star they don't deserve THAT Tracy don't care about nothing but the rent I moved out in the middle of February the place is nasty looking the pictures or cover up every one is moving out the maintenance staff don't know any about appliances they fix it half azz and all they care about is money

I have lived here for going on 3 years. The apartments are sizable, especially for the rent amount. However, with that being said the maintenance staff and office staff make this a miserable place to live. Every time there is an issues they take weeks to months to fix it. I had to mail the them a certified letter to get them to fix my dishwasher after a year of complaining that it was broken. I complained about loud neighbors for over a year and nothing was ever done about it. Now I feel as if I am being retaliated against for simply asking maintenance to fix appliances that the apartment complex is responsible for, as I have gotten multiple infraction notices, the latest for for destruction of property because when maintenance came to look at my dryer, two weeks after it was reported broken, the litter boxes for my cats were not cleaned out yet.

Ive been in my very first apartment for it would have been 4 years Oct. I feel on hard times with my health and I havent been able to work. So I get assistance while I wait for benefits to start. Im confused because it was the greatest feeling to be able to afford a nice environment for living in these hard times not just for myself. Well, thats how our relationship started. With all the lost of money orders, 3day notices because government assistance has set days and if it falls on holidays it can be delays(which Mrs Tracy stated I wouldnt have to worry about that ever) and due to me getting assistance Im charged $100 more for rent, my late fees for a 35.00 water bill is 96$. Its constantly harassment. But Im always Okgrateful so I dont complain and God provides a way. Recently this year my health took about leap. I received another diagnosis, and I was involved in a stalking situation where my apartment was vandalized. Which I reported to police, obtain a restraining order and order of protection and I had to pay for damages. Tracy told me my neighbors signed a letter stating the individual was living with me, and she gave him correspondence to my apartment which I had no knowledge of. Since then the harassment has heightened. Im still surviving. Also recently we had the water meters replaced in each unit. Well some how when they replaced mines, a valve broke. On my portal Im being charged for those damages. But the new Manager (make) told me just continue to pay my portion. It will come off. Now my washer hasnt been working for over a month now, and honestly Im ok because Im able to go to laundry place to wash. I was told they were backed up. My upstairs neighbors have been going through some things and the noise and stumping has damaged small appliances, pictures on the walls, and even two flat screens televisions. Still being grateful. I maintain. Im posting this because another situation with Mrs Tracy Newton has surfaced. Ive left several messages, emails and have been to the office. So Im on the website and I see corporate is responding to these reviews, so I thought Ill put my concerns on here as well. Remind you this is my attempt to fight for my apartment because I honestly love it here despite everything. So this is my leap of faith please.

Been having problems for months and i am trying to make it till my lease is up in Oct. 2023. Tracy Newton is being hard to talk to theses days she acts like she has a problem with her job, because she not doing it. I have asked several times if she can talk to these people Tracy dose nothing i have to live here not her, police has been called and still nothing. I need corporate number maybe i can get some help over here cause i am not comfortable in my home for almost 3 years.

I'd like to live here in my own apartment because my family lives here and they have no problems with this place. I'll bring it to five stars after I get in touch with someone to see if I can move here after the summer
