The staff at the front was rude as a new patient coming in with a new insurance. They were annoyed that I was mentioning my co-workers that came here (clarifying "oh, we haven't seen her since (a date)" and that guy paid out of pocket. My co-worker apparently paid out of pocket because his tooth was so bad and they could verify his insurance (because "the company is in California"). It's never good to hear this many excuses as a new patient. I told them I would wait while they call my insurance. I was able to get someone on the phone with my insurance before them and proceeded to give them the number to call (all while caring for my 15 month old son who was fussing and needed a nap). When I offered to give them the number if they were willing to write it down (because one of the girls was giving me a stink eye), they took it and chuckled at me. When one girl came back saying that she could call me later with the coverage, I said okay and informed her that the appointments would be for a broken crown and a root canal or extraction. She said that they would have anything open until June. Great, I said, that's my summer break. She stopped and snapped at me that "you don't need to have an attitude." I stopped stunned by her and the rudeness that I had been feeling from their staff at the front. I was already reservations about going here and this just confirmed it. When I confronted her about what she said and that as a teacher I need to use my breaks for big appointments, she again gave attitude that we understand and they deal with other teachers too. I told them I wouldn't go there and they are missing out on some good money (thousands of dollars). Bless their hearts.

Dr. Patti is an amazing dentist. He will make sure your teeth are taken care of. His assistants and office manager Jessie are so nice too. Listen to him and your dental health will be great.

Dr. Patti and his staff are the best kept secret in our community. Friendly staff who work well together. Dr. Patti is an excellent dentist with a friendly and caring disposition. Explains every procedure in detail while making sure you have zero pain. He and his staff kept me updated with price which I so appreciated. Icing on the cake was a check up phone call the next morning from Dr Patti! If you've been putting off a visit to the dentist call this office today!!
