This Dry Cleaners has gone down hill over the last year or so. I dropped my uniform shirt off on Saturday, told the attendant I wanted heavy starch and my sleeves creased. When I picked it up it looked like it was pulled from a duffel bag. I made a formal complaint to the attendant and he seem to care less about this issue. This isnt the first time Ive had issues with this place. They just lost this customer!

This dry cleaner is terrible. I dropped off several blazers and other clothing items last week. I picked up my first order on Friday and dropped off the second order. On Saturday, as I went through my order to see what I would wear to work, I noticed my brand-new blazer was faded, wrinkled, and in terrible condition. I dropped it off in pristine condition and picked it up, looking like something worn for years. I drove to both the Madison (drop-off location) and Brandon locations to make a complaint and to stop them from processing my 2nd order. When I arrived at the processing location in Brandon, I showed the blazer to the attendant as advised. I told her I wanted to get my other clothes because I was afraid they would also ruin those, especially my other brand new blazer. The clerk told me to leave my blazer they messed up so the owner could see it. I was given my partial order and was told the others, including the new blazer, were not available for me to get. I asked why and the clerk said she didnt know where it was because they process thousands of clothes. This was definitely not what I was expecting to hear. When I opened the partial order, I noticed similar results. My clothes were wrinkled, to which I commented. The attendant agreed that they didnt look touched. I asked how much did I owe for the blazers and pants that she did find. I was told I could pay when the entire order was complete. I left this place to take my clothes elsewhere to be serviced. This was my second and last time taking my clothes to this place! Hopefully, by tomorrow, I will hear something regarding my blazers.
