I wanted my Ugg Boots dry cleaned. I have had this service done before on a different pair without any problems. This time was very different. I WILL NOT use this business again. After almost two weeks they are still uncleaned and when I called to see if they were ready, I was told, They forgot to ask me to file a disclaimer. So I picked my boots up and had to remove two staples out of each boot. If they thought they were to old to dry clean, I wish they would have just told me two weeks prior! This time using a local business didnt work!!

On May 10th, I took seven mens shirts to be cleaned (heavily starched). There was a new lady in there working who wrote my name and number down on a piece of paper. When I returned on May 17, 2021, she could not find my items and informed me that she was new and wasnt that familiar with the system. She could not find my items. As a result, she called the plant and told them that she saw the items in the system, but she could not find them. Afterwards, she told me to return. I went back the next two days, and she stated that she would have her sister to help her look for the items. I asked her if it was possible that she had mistakenly given them to someone else. She stated that it was possible. I went back again and again, but my items still have not been found. Another lady stated that she would have the manager to contact me. No one has reached out to me to reimburse me for the lost merchandise. This service is awful. It is not right to lose someones clothes and fail to reimburse a person for lost items. Now, they are stating that they do not see the items in the system at all. That is probably because they have been deleted. The employee was insensitive, and she could not provide any clarity.
