I have been with Mr. Wheeler since 2015 when he helped me purchase some rental properties and started managing them for me. It is uncanny that i can ask specific questions and his responses are pretty much dead on after he tells me he will do a little more research and validate. He has helped me sell my personal home when I moved out of the state. He has always kept me abreast of all the big issues with properties. His response time, no matter when and what time you call, is very appreciative, along with courteous and professional. As a person who lives out of state, he will go above and beyond to help with any situation to ensure myself and the tenants are taken care of in a timely manner.
