*****BEWARE***** These guys are cheats and scams. They use their closing attorney to put additional stipulations on your contract at the last minute while at closing thats NOT in your favor. Then, when you reject the last minute stips and want to cancel they will steal your earnest money and say the closing attorney has nothing to do with it when the closing attorney just imposed some new stips against your closing and refuses to change them. This is their little scam. Oh and the partner in crime is Schwartz, Orgler & Jordan, PLLC - ****BEWARE****

Dont bother asking any questions about any property they have listed, after asking about a specific property Mike Madden pestered me for hours trying to sell me propertys 3x-4x above the one I asked about. Find a better realtor any one will be better!!!
