Great community and even better support on site! Manager Mary and Assistant Tasha are always available, always has a smile on their face, and somehow knows every person by name! If there is an issue day or night, maintenance is quick to respond and plenty knowledgeable to fix the issue on the same visit. I really appreciate how management effectively communicates with residents by email regarding special events, if you have a package at the office, or if maintenance is scheduled. Everyone is very friendly, highly professional, and pleasant to deal with. The property is well maintained and up to date. I would highly recommend if you are looking to move to Tupelo!

WARNING: Beware of false advertising For a 1-bedroom, I was paying premium rent of $1, 150 every 30 days, excluding electric utility. This property advertises itself as an upscale, luxury apartment home. However, during my stay as a tenant, the building/apt condition issues for repairs fell on deaf ears, vehicles were found abandoned in the parking lot, cars were vandalized according to emails from property managers, and the gate were often broken/malfunctioned and left open for extended periods of time. I fell for their deceptive bait-and-switch fraudulent marketing ploy to live in a luxury community. The local media, including the tv channels and the local newspaper, will be conducting an investigative story. The proof are in the photos. I really wanted to enjoy living at this property, but the condition of this property is anything other than upscale. It looks the same as properties in the community where renters are paying $500 a month. I am simply warning future potential tenants. Would you enjoy paying $1,150 every 30 days for a 1-bedroom to live in this "luxury"?

I love living in this community. I moved to the area last year to be closer to work and it has been such a great decision. It's nice and quiet here. It's very clean and I appreciate the amenities. The staff is also very friendly and I appreciate their transparency and always being in constant communication with us.
