Taylor Estes..shes the problem. I left a review on the Facebook page and she BLOCKED ME. Taylor did everything in her power to make my last few months at Boggan pure hell. She was horrible and needs to be fired.

Price went up too much. When I lived here a few years ago it was 690$ a month, I had to move back and the rent was 1050$ a month not even 2 years later. Also when we moved out the first time we got our deposit back but the next time we got a bill sent to collections that they never sent to me of 950$ but the apartments were left in the same condition both times. We gave them all the information required for them to send the bill to us but they never did. I spoke to some other tenants that lived there and they had the same thing happen to them. I tried calling their corporate number and it is ridiculous to get in touch with anyone. I wouldnt recommend these apartments to anyone, they were great years ago but now theyre too expensive and inconvenient for the size of the apartment.

I used to love it at Boggan but now its more like walking on egg shells trying to keep your home so eventually i had to go. I didnt want to say anything while living at Boggan because the new manager is very judgy and would have evicted me. If one person has an issue with you, you get an eviction notice. The rules arent applied at all. Large dogs HAVE to be on a leash but if a small isnt, they dont say a word. I witnessed many small dogs being allowed to run but if somthing were to happen with the large dog, the large dog is going to get blamed every time. The office isnt open when its supposed to be 75% of the time. I even had a New tenant knock on my door and ask why no one was there at 4pm on a Tuesday. Im lucky to have found a new home but Boggan had been home for three years
