Saw one of the owners smoking a joint outside

Its hot in the store every time I go ask the workers why the air dont work they said owner want cut it on and they have to go outside or in the cooler to cool off smh

No food,no water,no blankets,cryed on the floor all night then kicked out and tossed straight on to the road then walked to peco and they gave me a job
