        Son asked for a PS5, the cashier said "Do you know it's 500 something dollars?" ...I politely said , "He didn't ask you the price, he asked do you have a PS5." I'm glad another salesperson stepped in right away because that's not how you conduct customer service. My son has never been concerned with prices when he's getting something he wants so why would she ask him a question when she was supposed to be answering his first. Of course we are "different" looking, but ill leave it right there. Please evaluate your workers here, this could have cost you guys a sale. I only purchased because it was my son's birthday and I didn't want to upset him, but I was very upset on how we were treated.
