        We started out with 1 star but after 5 weeks, it's back to 5. We both had made an honest mistake with my wife's phone, she was super pissed, hated me & the t-mobile guys for weeks and I don't blame her. Needless to say, Matt, Richard & Jim kept pursuing the issue, I keep calling in but it takes time when dealing with the mothership but it finally was rectified. Could it have been smoother, faster, better? I think we all learned some good lessons however it also could have been much worse. Glad those guys kept going with the mothership and all the while I'm complaining, they never barked back at me so very professional.

        I walked in and was not greeted and asked for help. This big black guy with dreads was sitting down not doing his job.
