      image Xfinity service is horrible and cannot even talk to a representative on the phone. The wait times in the store are looooog. Though the agents are good once you get your turn which could take 30-60 min during off hours.

      image Went and added a line during a promotion to get money off a new phone when we ported a number from another carrier. We were told by the employee we could order the phone online. Attempted to do so but we're unable to get it to work. When we went back in to get the phone we were told that we couldn't get the deal because the number has already been ported over. Straight up lied to. Very unethical business practice.
