Seems she has been a little overworked and understaffed at times but has always called me back or sent me an email with updates on my accounts and loans. Can't write enough how pleased I was doing business with her! Many thanks!!!

        Absolutely terrible customer service. They are unwilling to work with their customers or find solutions to problems. Staff is rude and the technology to make payments is very inconvenient and dated. They charge fees every chance they can. I would not recommend anyone use this company.
