        Customer service was prompt and polite. The building is clean and the workers seemed to enjoy the atmosphere- smiles and jokes. Helped me replace two missing cards within 15 minutes

        Sue was such a huge help in handling the issues we had when funds were taken from an account without permission. She set up a meeting with a banker and made the necessary calls to get the ball rolling. Thank you so much

        I had a horrible experience with customer service. Not helpful, rude, and didnt know how to communicate. After trying to solve a problem for 15 minutes. All I got, in response to my questions, from customer service, was an attitude. based upon the other reviews, it looks appears as though customer service, needs some improvement. Its not difficult to be kind. I highly recommend training in interpersonal communication skills!
