I was a tenant 2016-2017 and I had an overall good experience! She's super understanding and reasonable. Rent is a fair price. My only complaint is the heat is the winter was difficult to maintain. But hey, the house was 100+ years old so it's to be expected!

HORRIBLE experience living here. I rent from Tammy and she takes more than 1-2 days to reply usually. She moved us into a home that is FILLED with BLACK MOLD, so she obviously does not do "safety checks"(like stated on her home page) before renters move in. I currently have no heat and she's making us wait till tomorrow to get it fixed (my house is at 45 degrees and dropping, also told her about it at 6'oclock so she had time to get some one to fix it.) Our carbon monoxide detector isn't even working, not to mention we only have one in the whole house (5 bedrooms). She doesn't have smoke detectors in the most important room of the house THE KITCHEN (the closest one is in the next room). When things need to be fixed it take a few days to get a response and then a few more for it to get fixed. She does not give a 24 hour notice, more like 8-10 hour notice. She's constantly leave others out of house discussions( messages the other tenants to find out things instead of just talking to the person she's asking about) and tries telling you who you can and can't have over (which if your paying for a house, you'd think you'd have a little freedom and could have friends over if you want without have to worry). Definitely not a great experience.
