Hey there! We strive to fix issues as soon as we are informed and sometimes that may mean that we want to tackle it same day. We love to fix issues same day and if we are ever told 'no we can't' then we will happily wait. Our goal is to provide a timely level of service faster than most in the market.We would never ask a tenant to skip class/work just to allow us in to fix an issue. Just let us know when it's convenient and we will be flexible. Some fixes may mean multiple trips to a house which may involve multiple contractors/professionals and time. Some jobs may take longer than others until the root of a problem is discovered. Great news is that it all gets fixed. We wish sometimes we could snap our fingers and magically things are perfect but when dealing with anything mechanical, some things take time. We know it can be an inconvenience which is why we always keep in touch about how things are going.
