        Mark is extremely knowledgeable, professional and super easy to reach via phone and email. He is always quick to respond! Mark patiently answered all my questions and I didnt feel pressured or rushed ever when we talked. Most importantly when I called about a claim, Mark was supportive and helpful and not the least bit scrutinizing. I really did relieved to have the personalized agent from farmers, especially one as experienced and calm and confident as Mark, during that whole ordeal/ process. Ill never go elsewhere for my insurance needs!
