After sitting down and walking through the options for Health/Dental, it was obvious Bob knew what plans were best for me. I have known Bob Curtis many years and have been a Farmers Insurance Customer for about 6 years. He is professional and his staff is always very helpful. I would recommend him for your insurance needs!

I do not usually write reviews. We were customers for 10 years at least. We left very unhappy. We were paying insurance for our home, boat and one car. Things turned when we started off by adding our 16 year old child to our car insurance policy. It went up $200 a month and asked if there were discounts to reduce the rate and were told he would get back to us, which Bob never called to explain. What did happen is our insurance now went up $300 just adding them (instead of the $200 we were initially told). We also bought a different boat 1 year ago and changed the info with his company right away, he never changed the policy to reflect our new boat. We called his office to question these issues and he never returned our call. We would not recommend Bob Curtis to anyone. The professionalism and attention to important details is lacking

Bob Curtis and his team have been taking care of me for many many years now. He communicates with me on a regular basis to make sure he has all of my needs covered, and also to just simply catch up with me on what adventures I have been up to in life. Bob is unparalleled in service and friendliness.
