The Yards and Backyards

My stay here is coming to a close. It was a okay place. The view from my apartment was the best part, however the elevators kept getting fixed. In addition, some of the managements are rude at times whenever you need some assistance. But, Im glad that found a better place to live.

It's great! I love the location and the amenities. I can't hear my next door neighbors, definitely a plus. However, you might get stuck with an upstairs neighbor that runs and stomps around like an angry rhino. Roll the dice you might win the lottery. In my case, I didn't.

the yards has had some issues but they are great about taken care of them. the mgmt staff including Lauren, and the others are great to work with.

Had a few hiccups here and there, But the staff is always super friendly, and overall a Great place.

Was excited for the large dog run to play fetch. But the fencing is skinny posts with gaps at the bottom. One wrong throw and the ball is gone. There is an unexplainable vent fan above my coat closet that continually runs unless I throw the fuse for the bathroom. Not nice for the electricity bill, or dull noise. 3 different devices are needed for entry: garage door opener, key card for public use doors, and an analog key for your own door. With your hands full of groceries, you really feel like you are juggling keys. The garage parking has separate entrances for each floor, so no winding up multiple floors Pevery time you commute, which is nice! Fantastic amenities, and quality spaces to call home otherwise! Couldnt be happier with the staff! Just weird building construction decisions here and there.
