        Josh D. was FANTASTIC to work with. My phone had crashed in a way that a gentleman at Apple has seen reported only one other time. He was extremely patient and helpful in trying to solve the issues. We sat on the phone for a good hour trying to figure out next steps, and he was able to finally get through to the answer! Super thankful for his personality, attitude, and willingness to help.
