I have spent well over $20k here with the purchase of our hot tub and Green Egg and accessories. Their service is top notch. I recently had an issue with my four year old hot tub (pump issue, not their fault at all). With the below zero temps., I was obviously worried about losing my hot tub due to freezing. Their service dept quickly fixed my issue and our tub is ready to use same day. I really cant even consider purchasing my next hot tub anywhere else. Keep up the great service in these days where that is lacking. If I could throw out 6 stars I would.

Went in for tech services on an inflatable hot tub. Even though they didn't carry this brand they made suggestions that were helpful.

Poolside installed my 34x16 in-ground pool in the Summer of 2022, in St Anthony Village MN.
Since then, they've been nothing but a spectacular and professional group of people to work with. My kids absolutely LOVE our pool. For store purchases, pool maintenance/repairs, to the pool build itself, they are the best. No major construction/renovation job is without minor issues, but probably the best part about Poolside is they always make it right, and they will NOT leave you hanging.
A contractor that stands by his work is a rare thing this day and age, and I can't tell you how many bad and unresponsive contractors I've dealt with over the last 15 years. Not this team... they ALWAYS make it right.
Rob, Scott, Brandon/Mike/Josh and crew, Greg; these are good people, and you'd be wise to use this establishment. They will take care of you for whatever you need and whatever may come up.
