From the first call, through the install and all the follow up questions a pool owner will face, Pat and his crews will be there through it all. Treat them right and they return it double! They are very responsive to emails and phone calls and any situation that arises. Their communication is above and beyond, especially when using their opening/ closing or weekly services. You always know to expect them on that day. I refer them without hesitation any time some asks. Keep up the good work! We genuinely loved working w/ Pat & his team at Prestige. They were upfront & honest w/ us throughout the process, never cut corners, and helped us to design a pool that optimized how we would use it. The biggest concern (for us) when making an investment like a pool is potential regret afterwards b/c you didnt design it correctly and arent using it like you thought you would. Prestige helped us think through how we thought we would use it versus the reality of how we (our kids really) would actually use it. And they were spot on. We love the design and use all aspects of the pool whenever we are in it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you add Prestige to your short-list when looking at pool companies. We researched pool companies for a full year and Prestige Pool hands down from
bid to teaching us to care for our investment was a 12 out of 10 experience
Their thoroughness, honesty, integrity and character are what set them apart and when you make a pool investment you do not want your pool company to lack in any of these areas
Big Pat, Middle Pat, Little Pat, Bob and the rest of their staff now feel like family and we never once felt like we were just another install
